Our Story
Built for Canadian Foodservice
NORIOTA was founded in 2025 with a straightforward goal: to provide dependable, practical, and competitively priced commercial foodservice equipment for Canadian businesses.
We focus exclusively on commercial equipment for restaurants, cafés, hotels, bars, retailers, institutions, and other professional foodservice operations. Our products are selected with real operating needs in mind, including reliability, ease of use, serviceability, energy efficiency, and long-term value.
Clear Information, Not Empty Claims
Buying commercial equipment requires more than a product photo and a list of generic features. We work to provide accurate specifications, practical user manuals, clear installation requirements, and straightforward warranty information so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.
Our objective is simple: reduce uncertainty before purchase and avoid preventable problems after installation.
Canadian Warehousing and Distribution
NORIOTA products are warehoused and distributed through our operations in Bolton, Ontario.
We also plan and maintain replacement-parts inventory to support equipment after the initial sale. Product availability will vary as our Canadian inventory program continues to grow, and our team can provide current availability and incoming-stock information when requested.
Service and After-Sales Support
NORIOTA works with Royco Ltd. to coordinate warranty administration, technical support, and after-sales service.
Service within Ontario is supported by professionally trained technicians, while service in other regions is coordinated through qualified third-party service companies across Canada. Service availability and response times may vary by location, equipment type, and technician availability.
A Practical Approach to Customer Support
We believe customers should receive clear answers, realistic expectations, and fair warranty handling.
Our responsibility does not end when the equipment is delivered. We remain focused on responsive communication, replacement-parts support, clear service procedures, and practical assistance throughout the working life of the equipment.
