NORIOTA was launched in 2025 to provide world class products that earn the trust of our customers throughout Canada and beyond. We strive to provide high quality commercial & residential kitchen equipment with Canadian small businesses in mind.
Our 40,000 sq. ft. distribution and service center in Bolton, Ontario holds a large inventory of product and spare parts needed to support customers year after year.
We strive to provide ‘best-in-class’ customer support and after sales service. Our Call Centre, located at our headquarters in Bolton, Ontario, is staffed with multi-lingual customer service representatives that promptly reply to all customer inquiries.
NORIOTA has partnered with Royco Ltd for the handling after-sales service and warranty support. We employ our own professionally trained technicians for service within Ontario and manage an extensive third party service network of established and reliable service companies throughout Canada.
