Our Story

At Noriota we are committed to providing high quality commercial kitchen products at an exceptional value. Our sister company, Royco Limited, has been a leading distributor, logistics provider, and service agent in Canada for over 20 years. Our experience taught us that commercial foodservice products were not always developed or distributed with Canadian small businesses in mind, and we felt we could do better. In 2025 we launched Noriota Ltd. to address some of these shortcomings and now strive to provide world class products that earn the trust of customers throughout Canada.

Our supply chain has been developed over 20 years and allows us to manufacture at a competitive cost while investing in product quality where it really matters. The result, we feel, is that you get a better product for your money when you choose Noriota. We are also experts in shipping and logistics, maintaining contracts with top carriers that allow us to move products quickly and efficiently, within Canada and beyond. We operate a 3,700 square meter (40,000 square foot) distribution and service center in Bolton, ON to store and distribute both the products and the spare parts needed to support the products year after year.

Most importantly, we strive to provide best-in-class customer support and after sales service. Our call center, located at our headquarters in Bolton, is staffed with multi-lingual customer service representatives that promptly reply to all customer communication. What sets us apart more than anything is our extensive experience handling after-sales service and warranty support. We directly employ our own professionally trained technicians for service within Ontario; manage an extensive 3rd party service network of reliable and highly rated service companies throughout Canada. 

Our philosophy; when a customer purchases a product from Noriota it is our obligation to do everything within our power to ensure customer satisfaction. Should any of the products experience problems during the warranty period or beyond, we are standing by to assist.
