Commercial & Residential Products – Terms and Conditions
Standard Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt for regularly stocked items.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any brokerage fees, duties, or taxes.
Defective Merchandise
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days for assistance.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will apply in the following amount for the return of any non-defective merchandise:
- Commercial products: 25% of item cost
- Residential products: 25% of item cost
Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item, or if the item does not match the description of the product you ordered, please contact us so we can assist! We will gladly take the following steps.
- Arrange a replacement or solution
- Provide a free return shipping label
- Do not return items without a label – we cannot guarantee reimbursement for unapproved returns
Order Cancellations or Changes
Once you place an order with Noriota, our team gets to work right away to prepare and ship your items as quickly as possible.
Because of this fast turnaround, we can’t always guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel or modify your order once it’s been processed.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Product Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only accepted for unused products in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the item was sent in error or arrived defective.
