Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

At Noriota Ltd., we use a range of delivery methods—including Canada Post, UPS, LTL/FTL freight carriers, and our own fleet—to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in excellent condition.

All items ship directly from our warehouse in Bolton, Ontario. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Smaller items shipped by courier: Typically arrive within 1–7 business days
  • Larger freight shipments: May take up to 10 business days

We’ll keep you updated with regular status notifications once your order is placed.

During holidays, please allow an extra day for processing or delivery. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you need an item urgently, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to assist.

Pick-Up Orders

After placing a pick-up order, please wait for a "Ready for Pick-Up" email before visiting. Orders are typically ready the next day, but may take 1–3 business days to process.

When picking up your order, please bring:

  • Your order number or confirmation email
  • The credit card used for the purchase
  • One piece of government-issued photo ID

If someone else is picking up your order, please contact us in advance to provide authorization.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If any item is damaged or missing, the best option is to refuse delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to return the item and send a replacement.

If refusal isn’t possible or damage is noticed later, contact us immediately so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.

If packaging appears damaged, take photos before opening. If the product itself is damaged, we may request images of both the packaging and the item.

If your shipment seems lost (e.g., significantly past the estimated delivery date), let us know and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Common Carrier Shipments

Before signing for a delivery, inspect your shipment carefully. If anything is damaged or missing:

  • Refuse the delivery if possible
  • Note the issue clearly on the delivery receipt
  • Keep your copy of the receipt
  • Contact us within 1 business day
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Take photos of the damage and packaging

If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee compensation.

Signing the receipt without noting issues confirms that your shipment arrived in acceptable condition.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies only to items clearly labeled as eligible at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated per item, so adding non-eligible items will result in a shipping charge.

This offer is valid for most Canadian locations but may exclude remote areas.

To qualify, items must be purchased directly through our website.

Noriota Ltd. reserves the right to exclude any order from free shipping. If additional charges apply, we’ll contact you to approve the cost or cancel the order for a full refund.
