The NFF5N Commercial Gas Floor Fryer is a five-burner natural gas fryer designed for higher-volume frying applications. Unlike the 3- and 4-burner models, this unit features a larger fryer tank, increasing oil capacity and total output for sustained, heavy-duty service.

Built with stainless steel construction for durability and long-term use, the NFF5N supports faster recovery and consistent performance during peak periods. It is ideal for busy kitchens that require higher capacity and continuous frying capability.

What to Expect Before Delivery

Once your order is placed, your commercial gas floor fryer is prepared for shipment via LTL freight.

Before delivery, please note:

  • This unit ships via LTL freight, not parcel service
  • Delivery is made to a commercial address or curbside at residential locations
  • The fryer is heavy commercial equipment and requires advance planning for safe unloading and movement
  • Depending on site access, the unit may need to be unpackaged prior to moving indoors, such as when navigating doorways, corridors, or tight clearances
  • The installation location should be prepared in advance and verified to meet minimum requirements for space, clearances, ventilation, gas connection, and all applicable local regulations
  • Please ensure required gas shutoffs, ventilation, and utility connections are in place and accessible prior to delivery and installation

Liftgate and special handling:

  • If a liftgate, limited access delivery, or other special handling is required, please note this in the order comments at checkout
  • Additional handling requirements may be subject to extra freight charges, depending on carrier and site conditions

You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once the unit has been dispatched. Delivery appointments and site access are the responsibility of the receiving party. If delivery access or timing requires coordination, our team may contact you in advance.

Installation must be completed by a licensed gas technician in accordance with local codes and regulations.

Upon Delivery

At the time of delivery:

  • Inspect the shipment before signing the Bill of Lading
  • If visible damage is present, note it clearly on the Bill of Lading
  • If damage is significant and you are not willing to accept the unit, the shipment should be refused at delivery
  • If any damage is observed, document it with clear photos, as this helps us work quickly with the freight carrier to support resolution

After unpacking:

  • If concealed damage is discovered after opening the packaging, contact Noriota immediately
  • Do not discard packaging until the unit has been fully inspected and confirmed free of damage
  • Document any concealed damage with clear photos, as timely documentation helps us assist with carrier coordination

In all cases of shipping damage, whether visible or concealed, please contact Noriota immediately upon discovery so we can assist with next steps and carrier coordination.

Warranty

This fryer is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty.

  • 2 years parts and labour for normal commercial use
  • Additional 4 years parts-only coverage on the stainless steel fry tank, for a total of 5 years from the date of installation

The extended fry tank warranty applies to leaks caused by seam weld failure and is provided on a pro-rated basis after the first year.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders ship directly from our warehouse in Bolton, Ontario using the most appropriate delivery method based on the product and destination.

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by item type and location. Larger items may ship via freight and are typically delivered curbside.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery appointments may be required for certain shipments.

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and notify us promptly of any damage or missing items.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused products in original packaging.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
