Operator-Focused Design

Certified for Canada

The NCCOH is a 4-rack commercial countertop convection oven designed for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, concessions, catering kitchens, and other foodservice operations. Its high-output 2800 W heating system provides strong heating capacity to help support responsive preheating and temperature recovery during repeated commercial cooking cycles. Dual convection fans circulate heated air throughout the oven cavity to help promote consistent cooking and browning across multiple rack positions.

The oven accommodates up to four pans measuring 43.5 × 31.5 cm (17.1 × 12.4 in) and includes four adjustable wire racks. Verify pan dimensions before purchase. Mechanical controls provide an adjustable temperature range of 49 °C to 299 °C (120 °F to 570 °F) and a 0–120 minute timer. At the end of the selected cooking cycle, oven operation stops automatically and an audible alarm sounds.

An interior oven light and drop-down glass door allow operators to monitor cooking progress without opening the door as frequently. The adjustable rack positions help accommodate different food heights, batch arrangements, and cooking applications.

Important Electrical Requirement: The oven is supplied with a NEMA 6-20P plug and requires a compatible 240 V, 20 A NEMA 6-20R receptacle. It will not plug into a standard 120 V receptacle. A dedicated circuit is strongly recommended.
