Consistent Ice Output

Commercial Build

Clear Ice

Certified for Canada

Designed for consistent, high-volume ice production in commercial kitchens, bars, and hospitality settings.

Built around a matched ice machine head and storage bin, NI360FB310 Commercial Ice Machine delivers dependable full cube ice production while minimizing footprint and simplifying installation. The ice machine and bin combination is well suited for operations with steady demand and limited floor space. Its compact 22-inch-wide configuration fits where larger modular systems may not, without sacrificing output or storage.

A vertical evaporator design promotes clearer ice by allowing impurities to drain away during the freezing process, while the advanced digital controller provides precise operational control, system feedback, and automatic self-cleaning functionality. Automatic shut-off and overflow protection help safeguard operation, and internal LED bin lighting improves visibility during service.

The included ice storage bin is engineered for durability and sanitation, with insulated construction to maintain ice quality and reduce melt. Adjustable leveling legs allow for proper installation on uneven floors and simplify cleaning access beneath the unit.

Best suited for

  • Restaurants with moderate to high ice demand
  • Bars and beverage-focused service operations
  • Cafés and quick-service restaurants with limited space
  • Catering kitchens and commissaries
  • Replacement of existing ice machine systems where a 22-inch-wide bin is required

What to Expect Before Delivery

Commercial ice machines require advance planning to ensure a smooth installation and reliable operation. Before your unit arrives, please review the following preparation steps carefully.

Delivery and handling

  • Commercial ice machines are shipped via LTL freight and are heavy. Plan ahead for safe movement from the delivery location to the installation site.
  • Depending on access, the unit may need to be uncrated before moving indoors. Ensure you have adequate manpower or material handling equipment to move the unit safely without damaging floors, doorways, or the equipment.
  • If you require a liftgate or other special delivery accommodations, note this in your order comments. Additional charges may apply depending on carrier requirements.

Installation location

  • Confirm that the installation area provides sufficient clearance for airflow, service access, and door or panel opening as required in user manual.
  • Verify the floor is level and capable of supporting the equipment weight when fully loaded.
  • Consider future access for routine cleaning, maintenance, and service.

Water supply

  • A dedicated potable water supply line is required for all commercial ice machines.
  • Confirm the water connection size, pressure, and flow rate meet minimum requirements outlined in the specification sheet or user manual.
  • Installing a water filtration system is strongly recommended to improve ice quality and reduce scale buildup, which can affect performance and longevity. The selected filter must be rated to support the required flow rate and operating water pressure for the specific model. Refer to the specification sheet for minimum water supply requirements when selecting a compatible filtration system.

Drainage

  • A gravity drain connection is required to remove meltwater and purge water during operation.
  • Verify that a properly sized drain is available at the installation location and complies with local plumbing codes.
  • Drain routing should allow for continuous downward flow and must not be restricted or submerged.

Electrical and utilities

  • Confirm the electrical supply matches the voltage, phase, and amperage requirements listed in the specification sheet or user manual and confirm again on the product rating label after delivery.
  • Electrical connections must comply with all local codes and regulations.

Professional installation

  • Commercial ice machines should be installed by a qualified technician or licensed tradesperson.
  • Proper installation is critical for performance, sanitation, and warranty coverage.

Preparing these items in advance helps prevent installation delays, protects your equipment, and ensures optimal ice production from day one.
