Once your order is placed, your refrigerated beverage dispenser is prepared for shipment via LTL freight.

Before delivery, please note:

This unit ships via LTL freight, not parcel service
Delivery is made to a commercial address or curbside at residential locations
Although compact, this is commercial countertop equipment and requires advance planning for safe unloading and movement
The packaged unit should be handled carefully and kept upright during transport, unloading, and placement
At least two people may be required to safely move the unit from the delivery point to the final installation location
The installation location should be prepared in advance, including counter space, ventilation clearance, and access to a proper electrical outlet
This unit is intended for indoor commercial use only and should be installed in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area
Allow at least 20 cm (8 in) clearance at the sides and rear for proper airflow

After the unit is placed at the installation location, keep it upright before startup. If the unit was tilted during transport or movement, allow it to stand upright for 24 hours before connecting power. If it remained upright, allow it to stand for at least 10 minutes before startup.

You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once the unit has been dispatched. Delivery appointments and site access are the responsibility of the receiving party. If delivery access or timing requires coordination, our team may contact you in advance.

Installation should be completed in accordance with the user manual, local codes, and all applicable electrical and foodservice regulations.

At the time of delivery:

Inspect the shipment before signing the Bill of Lading
If visible damage is present, note it clearly on the Bill of Lading
If damage is significant and you are not willing to accept the unit, the shipment should be refused at delivery
If any damage is observed, document it with clear photos, as this helps us work quickly with the freight carrier to support resolution

After unpacking:

If concealed damage is discovered after opening the packaging, contact Noriota immediately
Do not discard packaging until the unit has been fully inspected and confirmed free of damage
Document any concealed damage with clear photos, as timely documentation helps us assist with carrier coordination
Confirm the model number, serial number, and rating label match your order.

This refrigerated beverage dispenser is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty.

The extended compressor warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship of the sealed refrigeration compressor and is provided on a parts-only basis after the first year.

Orders ship directly from our warehouse in Bolton, Ontario using the most appropriate delivery method based on the product and destination.

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by item type and location. Larger items may ship via freight and are typically delivered curbside.
