The insulated cabinet construction with dual-layer aluminum panels helps improve temperature retention, reduce heat loss, and support more stable cabinet conditions during extended operation. The forced-air circulation system distributes heat and humidity across multiple pan levels for more consistent results, while adjustable temperature and humidity controls allow operators to tailor cabinet conditions for different products.
