Depending on site access, the unit may need to be unpackaged prior to moving indoors, such as when navigating doorways, corridors, or tight clearances
The installation location should be prepared in advance and verified to meet minimum requirements for space, clearance, ventilation, electrical connection, and all applicable local regulations

Liftgate and special handling:

If a liftgate, limited access delivery, or other special handling is required, please note this in the order comments at checkout

You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once the unit has been dispatched. Delivery appointments and site

At the time of delivery:

Inspect the shipment before signing the Bill of Lading

After unpacking:

If concealed damage is discovered after opening the packaging, contact Noriota immediately
Do not discard packaging until the unit has been fully inspected and confirmed free of damage
Document any concealed damage with clear photos, as timely documentation helps us assist with carrier coordination
Confirm the model number, serial number, and rating label match your order.
Keep the user manual and documentation accessible for installation and future reference.

This merchandiser is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty.

2 years parts and labour for normal commercial use
Additional 3 years compressor parts-only coverage, for a total of 5 years from the date of installation

The extended compressor warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship of the sealed refrigeration compressor and is provided on a parts-only basis after the first year.

Shipping

Orders ship directly from our warehouse in Bolton, Ontario using the most appropriate delivery method based on the product and destination.

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by item type and location. Larger items may ship via freight and are typically delivered curbside.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery appointments may be required for certain shipments.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused products in original packaging.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
