Service Friendly Design

Certified for Canada

High-capacity proofing and heated holding in a mobile, non-insulated cabinet.

Designed for bakeries, restaurants, cafés, commissaries, catering operations, institutions, and commercial kitchens, the NHP36C heated proofing and holding cabinet provides flexible support for dough proofing and hot food holding in one mobile unit.

With capacity for 36 full-size sheet pans and 38 mm (1.5 in) pan spacing, the NHP36C supports high-volume production while maintaining a practical footprint for busy foodservice environments. Dual heat and proof modes allow operators to use the cabinet for heated holding or dough proofing, helping maximize equipment versatility and kitchen space.

The forced-air circulation system helps distribute heat and humidity across multiple pan levels for more consistent proofing and holding results. Adjustable temperature and humidity controls allow operators to tailor cabinet conditions to different products, while the digital temperature display provides an easy-to-read cabinet temperature reference during operation.

A clear Lexan door allows staff to monitor product condition without repeated door openings that release heat and humidity. The non-insulated anodized aluminum cabinet provides a lightweight, economical solution for commercial proofing and holding applications, while four 152 mm (6 in) castors, including two locking castors, support mobility through commercial kitchens. A removable control drawer simplifies cleaning access and routine maintenance. Rear cord storage and protective corner bumpers help support safe handling when moving or storing the cabinet.

• Restaurants and cafés needing flexible proofing and hot holding capacity
• Catering kitchens and commissaries supporting batch production
